Job Requirements
- Experience working as a Tropical Smoothie Cafe crew member
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Ability to stand and walk continuously throughout the shift
- Capability to bend, lift and carry up to 25 pounds
- Strong interpersonal skills for face-to-face interactions
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Willingness to work early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Adherence to company uniform and hygiene policies
Job Qualifications
- Experienced Tropical Smoothie Cafe crew member, Legally able to work within the state and federal guidelines, Effective communication skills, Ability to lead and motivate a team, Strong organizational skills, Flexibility to work varied shifts including early mornings, late evenings, weekends and holidays, Ability to maintain composure and positivity in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Interacts with crew members and customers using Tropitude, Delivers unparalleled hospitality to each customer that visits the cafe, Knowledgeable and proficient in each position within the cafe, Successfully completed the Cafe Basics Training Program and Certified Trainer Program, Ensures each station is operating to Tropical Smoothie Cafe's standards, Trains and coaches crew members during each shift to ensure brand standards are upheld, Uses tools to accomplish goals, manage labor and control inventory
