Job Requirements
- Legally able to work within State and Federal guidelines
- Ability to stand and walk continuously during shifts
- Capability to bend, lift, and carry up to 25 pounds
- Comfortable with face-to-face interactions
- Able to work early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Compliance with uniform and hygiene policies
- Ability to navigate a fast-paced cafe environment safely
Job Qualifications
- Experienced Tropical Smoothie Cafe crew member
- Knowledge of cafe operations and standards
- Completed Café Basics and Certified Trainer training
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and remain positive under pressure
- Commitment to company values of integrity, drive, and enthusiasm
Job Duties
- Interact with crew members and customers using Tropitude
- Deliver unparalleled hospitality to each customer
- Be knowledgeable and proficient in each cafe position
- Complete Café Basics Training Program and Certified Trainer Program
- Ensure each station operates to company standards
- Train and coach crew members to uphold brand standards
- Use tools to manage labor, control inventory, and accomplish goals
- Perform additional tasks necessary for cafe operations
