Job Requirements
- Legally able to work within State and Federal guidelines
- ability to stand and walk continuously during shifts
- ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
- ability to interact face-to-face with customers and crew members
- ability to work early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays
- compliance with uniform and personal hygiene policies
Job Qualifications
- Experienced Tropical Smoothie Cafe crew member
- completion of Cafe Basics Training Program
- Certified Trainer Program completion
- strong leadership skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- ability to multitask and maintain a positive attitude
Job Duties
- Interact with crew members and customers using Tropitude
- deliver unparalleled hospitality to each customer
- be knowledgeable and proficient in each cafe position
- complete Cafe Basics Training and Certified Trainer Program
- ensure each station operates to standards
- train and coach crew members during shifts
- use tools to manage goals, labor, and inventory
- perform additional tasks necessary to run the cafe
