Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- regular and consistent attendance
- ability to stand for extended periods of time and move quickly during sales rush
- occasionally lift and clean concession equipment
- work varying schedules including holidays, weekends, evenings, and alternate shifts due to theater business needs
- compliance with federal employment eligibility verification
- ability to operate in a fast-paced movie theater environment involving standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, climbing, and lifting all day
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- ability to communicate with all ages, genders, and personalities
- ability to effectively and regularly converse in and comprehend English
- accurate cash handling and math skills
- completion of Safe Alcohol Service training program
- Food Handler's certification
Job Duties
- Greet customers in a welcoming manner
- provide excellent customer service
- perform each duty as assigned in areas of concession, box office, and usher
- handle payment transactions and make change
- watch for safety or security issues (trip hazards, lighting, suspicious persons, etc.)
- clean theaters at the end of each showing
- restock and tidy facilities
- other duties as assigned
