Job Requirements
- Availability: 9-12 hours per week, must be able to work until 8pm weekdays and have full availability on Saturdays and Sundays
- Must obtain Allergen Awareness Certification prior to start date
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation regulations
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to perform duties involving standing and cleaning
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience in the food industry preferred but not required
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Ability to work well in a team setting
- Customer service orientation
- Basic knowledge of safety and sanitation practices
- Allergen awareness certification (must be obtained prior to start)
Job Duties
- Follow all safety and sanitation regulations
- Washing and appropriately storing all cooking appliances, instruments, utensils, cutting boards, and dishes
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Prepare food items according to company standards
- Greet customers (in person or on phone), enter orders via POS system
- Answer customer inquiries regarding the menu, special promotions, and allergen information
- Process cash, credit card, and mobile payment transactions accurately, ensuring proper change is given
- Work as part of a team to ensure smooth operations
