Job Requirements
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds frequently
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds constantly
- Ability to carry products or boxes weighing up to 60 pounds
- Consistently operate registers
- Consistently handle product preparation
- Kneel and follow proper lifting procedures
- Frequently pick up supplies and trash
- Push to open and close doors to store, storage shed, cooler and freezers
- Stand during serving customers and training
- Communicate effectively with team members and guests
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Possess or be willing to obtain valid food handler's permit
Job Qualifications
- Must be able to observe and ensure product preparation meets brand standards
- Basic math skills including understanding of units of measure
- Completion of Popeyes Academy assigned learning and LTOs
- Meet state, county or municipal health regulations for food handling
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to interact positively and professionally with guests and coworkers
- Willingness to learn all areas of restaurant operations
- Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- Must possess or be willing to obtain a valid food handler's permit
Job Duties
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service
- Prepare and package food items following Popeyes standards
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS system
- Maintain cleanliness of dining area, kitchen, and restrooms
- Adhere to food safety procedures including temperature monitoring and sanitation
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Stay informed about menu items and promotions
