Job Requirements
- Must be able to observe and ensure the product is prepared and presented to company brand standards
- Must have basic math skills, including understanding of units of measure
- Must complete all Popeyes Academy assigned learning and LTOs
- Must meet any state, county or municipal regulation pertaining to health risk concerns about food handling
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to interact in a positive and professional manner with guests and coworkers
- Willingness to learn all areas of restaurant operations and work multiple stations
- Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds of force occasionally
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds of force frequently
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds of force constantly to move objects
- Ability to carry products/boxes and miscellaneous weighing no more than 60 pounds
- Consistently operates registers
- Consistently handle product preparation
- Consistently kneel and follow proper lifting procedures
- Frequently stop and pick up supplies and trash
- Consistently push to open and close doors to store and storage shed as well as cooler and freezers
- Consistently stand during serving customers and training
- Consistently talk to and listen to fellow team members and guests
- Consistently lifts for product preparation, stocking and inventory
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Applicants must possess a valid food handler's permit or demonstrate a willingness to obtain one
- Employers will be responsible for providing the necessary training and certification for all employees, who are required to be certified

Job Duties
- Provide friendly and efficient service to all guests, ensuring a positive dining experience
- Prepare and package food items accurately and according to Popeyes' standards, ensuring freshness and quality
- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system with accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen, and restroom facilities according to health and safety standards
- Adhere to proper food handling procedures, including temperature monitoring, storage, and sanitation practices to ensure food safety and prevent cross-contamination
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours, assisting with tasks as needed
- Stay informed about menu items, promotions, and special offers to effectively assist customers with their orders and inquiries
- Other duties as assigned
