Job Duties
- Act with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promotes the culture, values and mission of Planet Smoothie
- Welcome and engage with every guest who visits Planet Smoothie
- Deliver legendary guest service by determining the guest's needs and suggesting products to enhance service and meet or exceed sales goals
- Prepare all smoothies to exact recipes and standards
- Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products
- Follow Planet Smoothie's standards for stocking and storing of products
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace so that partners can locate resources and product as needed
- Present oneself as friendly and enthusiast about "Changing the way the Planet eats."
- Anticipate guest and store needs by constantly evaluating environment and guests for cues
- Maintain a detailed knowledge of Planet Smoothie's products
- Develop rapport with loyal guests by learning their names and favorite smoothies
- Follow store policies and procedures outlined by the general manager
- Follow the policies and procedures for handling cash and using the cash register
- Contribute to the store goals for increasing sales and improving profits
- Create ways for guests to interact with our product
- sampling, up sale, etc.
- Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep the store operating to standard and to set a positive example for the shift team
- Assist with new partner training by positively reinforcing successful performance and giving respectful coaching as needed
- Contribute to positive team environment by recognizing changes in partner morale and performance and communicating them to the store manager
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
