- Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred

Job Duties
- Act with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promotes the culture, values and mission of Planet Smoothie
- Welcome and engage with every guest who visits Planet Smoothie
- Deliver legendary guest service by determining guests' needs and suggesting products to enhance service and meet or exceed sales goals
- Prepare all smoothies to exact recipes and standards
- Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products
- Follow Planet Smoothie's standards for stocking and storing products
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Present oneself as friendly and enthusiastic about changing the way the Planet eats
- Anticipate guest and store needs by evaluating environment and guests
- Maintain detailed knowledge of Planet Smoothie's products
- Develop rapport with loyal guests by learning names and favorite smoothies
- Follow store policies and procedures outlined by the general manager
- Handle cash and use the cash register according to policies
- Contribute to store goals for increasing sales and improving profits
- Create ways for guests to interact with products such as sampling and upselling
- Maintain calm demeanor during high volume or unusual events
- Assist with new partner training by reinforcing successful performance and coaching
- Contribute to a positive team environment by recognizing changes in morale and communicating to store manager
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
