Job Requirements

Must be 16 years of age
Dependable and have a great smile
A positive attitude with willingness to help team and customers
Desire to learn new skills and be part of a team
Commitment to make things right if mistakes occur
Physical ability to stand and move for most or all of the shift
Ability to use restaurant equipment such as headsets, registers, and grills
Adherence to brand standards and guidelines for food preparation and cleanliness

Job Qualifications

No prior experience necessary as training is provided
Positive and energetic attitude
Ability to stand and move for most or all of the shift
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
Ability to follow instructions and adhere to company policies and brand standards
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
Minimum age of 16 years

Job Duties

Provide excellent customer service including greeting customers with a smile and ensuring a positive experience
Prepare food items according to Wendy's quality and safety standards
Operate cash registers and handle customer transactions accurately
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant including dining areas and kitchen spaces
Use restaurant equipment such as grills, headsets, and registers effectively
Follow all brand standards and guidelines including food safety and hygiene
Collaborate with team members to meet fast-paced service demands and uphold customer satisfaction
