Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age
- Dependable with a positive attitude
- Ability to stand and move for most or all of the shift
- Willingness to use restaurant equipment such as headsets, registers, or grills
- Commitment to following brand standards and maintaining a clean work environment
- Ability to work flexible part-time hours
- Team player mentality and willingness to help fellow crew and customers
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or food industry is a plus but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and follow brand standards

- Basic math skills for cash handling
Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service with a great smile
- Prepare food items following Wendy's brand standards
- Operate restaurant equipment such as registers, headsets, and grills
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the restaurant
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Follow all safety and health guidelines
- Assist in cash handling and opening or closing restaurant duties
