Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years of age
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to work near heat ovens and kitchen equipment
  • Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly
  • Ability to perform visual tasks such as preparing and analyzing data figures transcribing viewing a computer terminal and extensive reading

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 16 years of age
  • Must display sophisticated writing and interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently
  • Must be able to handle high work volumes and perform under stress
  • Basic knowledge of arithmetic and algebra and their applications

Job Duties

  • Serves customers correct complete orders within service time goals according to the customer service standards
  • Prepares and ensures consistent high-quality products are served to customers
  • Cleans and organizes work stations and ensures the standards for restaurant image are maintained as directed by management and as required by the local health department
  • Ensures that each guest receives outstanding guest service by providing a guest-friendly environment including greeting and acknowledging every guest and by maintaining outstanding standards solid product knowledge and all other components of guest services
  • Practices food safety and security procedures
