Job Requirements
- must be at least 16 years of age
- able to lift and move up to 55 pounds
- able to reach and move items from six feet high to six inches off the ground
- able to utilize restaurant equipment safely and correctly
- able to communicate effectively with customers and coworkers
- able to understand direction, instructions, and product specifications
- able to process and complete customer orders
- able to stand and work for long periods

- able to handle pressure situations and stress
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- serve customers according to the Little Caesars customer service standards
- prepare high quality products consistently by following Little Caesars recipes and procedures
- display the proper image as outlined in the orientation and training handbook
- clean and organize work stations and other assigned areas
- practice safety and security procedures as defined in training materials
- follow Little Caesars policies, procedures, and standards of conduct
- cooperate with team members and management to achieve restaurant goals
