Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- able to lift and move items up to 55 pounds
- able to stand for long periods
- capable of squatting and reaching
- able to safely use kitchen equipment including sheeter machine and vertical cutting mixer (must be 18 or older for certain equipment)
- able to communicate effectively with customers and coworkers
- able to understand and process customer orders
- able to maintain cleanliness and organization
- willing to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- must comply with safety and security procedures
Job Qualifications
- Be at least 16 years of age

- able to handle pressure and stress

- previous retail or customer contact experience preferred
- eligible to work in the United States
Job Duties
- Serve customers according to the Little Caesars customer service standards
- prepare high quality products consistently by following recipes and procedures
- display proper image as outlined in training handbook
- clean and organize work stations and assigned areas
- practice safety and security procedures
- follow company policies, procedures, and standards of conduct
- cooperate with team members and management to achieve restaurant goals
