- must be at least 16 years of age
- dependability and ability to handle pressure situations and stress
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to follow directions and instructions
- physical ability to perform essential job functions including lifting up to 55 pounds
- previous retail or customer contact experience preferred
- eligibility to work in the United States
- able to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers
- able to operate kitchen and restaurant equipment safely

Job Duties
- serve customers according to Little Caesars customer service standards and procedures
- prepare high quality products consistently by following recipes and specifications
- maintain proper image and behavior in line with company standards
- clean and organize work stations and assigned areas
- practice safety and security procedures as outlined by company policy
- follow Little Caesars policies, procedures, and standards of conduct
- work cooperatively with team members and management to achieve restaurant goals
