Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- regular and consistent attendance
- ability to stand for extended periods and move quickly during sales rush
- ability to occasionally lift and clean theater equipment
- willingness to work varying schedules including holidays, weekends, and evenings
- compliance with employment eligibility verification
- ability to work in a fast-paced, low-light environment
- commitment to providing excellent customer service
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- ability to communicate with all ages, genders, and personalities
- ability to converse effectively in English
- accurate cash handling and math skills
- completion of Safe Alcohol Service training program
- Food Handler's certification
Job Duties
- Greet customers in a welcoming manner
- provide excellent customer service
- perform each duty as assigned in areas of concession, box office, and usher
- handle payment transactions and make change
- watch for safety or security issues such as trip hazards and suspicious persons
- clean theaters at the end of each showing
- restock and tidy facilities
