Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to work near heat, ovens, etc
- Exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects
- Close visual acuity to prepare and analyze data and figures, transcribe, view a computer terminal, and extensive reading
- Ability to stand, kneel, climb, reach and push on a regular basis
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Must display sophisticated writing and interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently
- Must be able to handle high work volumes and perform under stress
- Basic knowledge of arithmetic and algebra and their applications
Job Duties
- Serves customers correct, complete orders within service time goals according to the customer service standards
- Prepares and ensures consistent, high-quality products are served to customers
- Cleans and organizes workstations and ensures the standards for restaurant image are maintained as directed by management and as required by the local health department
- Ensures that each guest receives outstanding guest service by providing a guest-friendly environment, including greeting and acknowledging every guest and by maintaining outstanding standards, solid product knowledge and all other components of guest services
- Practices food safety and security procedures
