Job Requirements
- high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- ServSafe Food certification required within 30 days of hire
- ServSafe Alcohol, TIPS, or other alcohol service certification recognized by the California Alcoholic Beverage Control Board prior to starting work
- availability to work flexible hours including evenings and/or weekends
- minimum of 8 hours availability for weekend shifts during employment
- reliable transportation to and from work

Job Duties
- assist in brewpub operations including food production, sanitation, and inventory management
- prepare food items such as pizza, salads, and sandwiches
- maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations including kitchen and dish pit
- handle cash and assist with accounting tasks
- follow all COVID-19 safety regulations
- support marketing and special event coordination
- provide excellent customer service
