Job Requirements
- Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment
- Demonstrated experience and success in fast-paced retail, hospitality, attractions, and F&B operations
- Knowledge of the Netflix platform and shows
- Excellent teamwork skills and a proactive demeanor
- Strong customer service, conflict resolution, and communication skills
- Fluency in additional languages is a plus
- Strong desire to think outside the box and innovate
- Willingness to learn environmental, health, and safety (EHS) protocols
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, at a 365-day operation

Job Duties
- Work in a variety of roles, including, but not limited to, greeting, ticketing, retail operations, Fan service, mini-golf, VR games, photo operations, TUDUM Theater operations, and events
- Provide best-in-class service by actively engaging with our Fans
- Act as a Netflix ambassador to help drive increased fandom and engagement with Netflix shows
- Execute Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), including emergency procedures
- Foster a culture of safety in all actions
- Other duties as assigned
