Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- able to stand for extended periods
- physically able to perform lifting and bending tasks
- able to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to follow safety protocols
- good communication skills
- basic computer literacy
- willingness to engage in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- 16 or older
- ability to walk, stand, bend, kneel, reach, and lift 50 pounds
- function in a fast-paced, noisy kitchen environment
- tolerance to temperature fluctuations
- work safely with hot oil and hazardous substances
- read, write, speak, and understand basic English
- communicate clearly
- use basic computer systems such as cash registers
- have good vision including depth perception
- available to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- adhere to company policies and local, state, and federal laws
- preferred but not required experience in fast casual or fast food settings
Job Duties
- provide friendly, fast, and accurate service to customers
- operate cash register and handle transactions
- prepare food items including grilling and frying
- maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations
- assist in morning prep and lobby duties
- adhere to company policies and health and safety regulations
- participate in secret shopper and quality assurance programs
