Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years of age
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to work near heat and ovens
  • Must be able to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally
  • Must be able to exert up to 20 pounds of force frequently
  • Must be able to exert up to 10 pounds of force constantly
  • Willingness to work flexible hours based on business needs

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 16 years of age
  • Must display sophisticated writing and interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently
  • Must be able to handle high work volumes and perform under stress
  • Basic knowledge of arithmetic and algebra and their applications
  • Ability to stand, kneel, climb, reach, and push on a regular basis
  • Close visual acuity for preparing and analyzing data, transcribing, viewing computer terminals, and extensive reading

Job Duties

  • Serves customers correct, complete orders within service time goals according to the customer service standards
  • Prepares and ensures consistent, high-quality products are served to customers
  • Cleans and organizes work stations and maintains restaurant image standards as directed by management and local health department requirements
  • Ensures outstanding guest service by greeting and acknowledging every guest and maintaining product knowledge and guest service standards
  • Practices food safety and security procedures
  • Collaborates with management and team members to achieve restaurant goals
  • Handles equipment such as computers, phones, and cash registers efficiently
