Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior food service experience is a plus
- basic math skills for handling transactions
- ability to follow safety and security guidelines
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Greet the guest
- clean as you go
- follow safety/security guidelines and cross contamination guidelines
- monitor and correct the cleanliness of the outside including sweeping parking lot, picking up trash, wiping down signs/menu boards, and cleaning windows
- monitor and correct the cleanliness of the lobby and restrooms by cleaning tables, floors, emptying trash cans, and restocking restrooms
- monitor guest satisfaction in the lobby
- monitor condiment stand and beverage ice levels and restock as needed
- monitor stock levels of paper supplies and restock as needed
- monitor and correct cleanliness of the back of house by wiping down tables/walls, sweeping floors, washing dishes, and mopping floors
- stock and maintain sandwich station
- prepare and package sandwiches and side items
- prepare and stock side items
- monitor product levels and holding times on the production counter
- turn and pull product past holding time
- assist with putting away food order and follow FIFO
- assist with time temperature logs and HACCP
- bake and dress biscuits
- communicate any problems to the manager regarding safety and security
- take orders and suggestive sells
- record transactions in the register
- fill drinks or present cups
- invite guests to return
- package, verify, and present orders
- assist with dropping product
- season chicken
- batter chicken and other fried items
- filter frying machine per shift
- change shortening when appropriate
- pre-pan or defrost appropriate items
- stock freezer to fryer items
- make batter
- assist in packaging, verifying, and presenting orders
- exhibit a friendly and enthusiastic attitude
