Job Requirements

  • must be at least 16 years of age
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • ability to work near heat, ovens, etc
  • ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects
  • close visual acuity to perform an activity such as preparing and analyzing data and figures, transcribing, viewing a computer terminal, extensive reading
  • ability to stand, kneel, climb, reach and push on a regular basis

Job Qualifications

  • must be at least 16 years of age
  • must display sophisticated writing and interpersonal communication skills
  • excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently
  • must be able to handle high work volumes and perform under stress
  • basic knowledge of arithmetic and algebra and their applications

Job Duties

  • serves customers correct, complete orders within service time goals according to the customer service standards
  • prepares and ensures consistent, high-quality products are served to customers
  • cleans and organizes work stations and ensures the standards for restaurant image are maintained as directed by management and as required by the local health department
  • ensures that each guest receives outstanding guest service by providing a guest-friendly environment, including greeting and acknowledging every guest and by maintaining outstanding standards, solid product knowledge and all other components of guest services
  • practices food safety and security procedures
