Job Requirements
- must be at least 16 years of age
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to work near heat, ovens, etc
- ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects
- close visual acuity to perform an activity such as preparing and analyzing data and figures, transcribing, viewing a computer terminal, extensive reading
- ability to stand, kneel, climb, reach and push on a regular basis
Job Qualifications
- must be at least 16 years of age
- must display sophisticated writing and interpersonal communication skills
- excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently
- must be able to handle high work volumes and perform under stress
- basic knowledge of arithmetic and algebra and their applications
Job Duties
- serves customers correct, complete orders within service time goals according to the customer service standards
- prepares and ensures consistent, high-quality products are served to customers
- cleans and organizes work stations and ensures the standards for restaurant image are maintained as directed by management and as required by the local health department
- ensures that each guest receives outstanding guest service by providing a guest-friendly environment, including greeting and acknowledging every guest and by maintaining outstanding standards, solid product knowledge and all other components of guest services
- practices food safety and security procedures
