Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Regular and consistent attendance
- Ability to stand for long periods and move quickly
- Ability to lift and clean popcorn kettles, warmers, and other equipment
- Accurate cash handling and math skills
- Completion of Safe Alcohol Service training
- Food Handler's certification
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and alternate shifts as required by the theater schedule
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly in English
- Ability to stand for extended periods and move quickly during sales rush
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Completion of Safe Alcohol Service training and Food Handler's certification
- Ability to lift and clean food preparation equipment
- Team player with a customer-friendly attitude
Job Duties
- Greet customers in a welcoming manner
- Provide excellent customer service
- Perform each duty as assigned in areas of concession, box office, and usher
- Handle payment transactions and make change
- Watch for safety or security issues such as trip hazards and suspicious persons
- Clean theaters after showings, sweep aisles, wipe tables, and pick up trash
- Restock and tidy facilities
