Job Qualifications

  • basic computer skills including ability to complete online training
  • basic math skills sufficient to count money and make change
  • physical and mental capability to operate restaurant equipment
  • ability to lift 30 to 50 pounds
  • capable of pushing, pulling, stretching, and using fingers and wrists continuously

Job Duties

  • arrive on time and ready at the start of the scheduled shift
  • demonstrate respect and dignity when interacting with team members and guests
  • follow communication guidelines established in the store
  • respond positively to coaching and feedback
  • hold yourself accountable for responsibilities during the shift
  • learn and execute multiple tasks efficiently
  • prioritize guest satisfaction and resolve problems promptly
  • adhere to brand and company standards for food quality and service
  • follow all safety, food safety, and sanitation regulations
  • maintain a clean and neat work environment including stocking and cleaning guest areas
  • comply with uniform standards including hat, name tag, clean apron, collared shirt, dark blue jeans, and nonslip shoes
