This job opportunity is with an independently owned and operated McDonald's franchise, separate from McDonald's USA corporate operations. This franchise holds a license to use the McDonald's brand, logos, and food products while operating the restaurant; however, all employment-related decisions and responsibilities fall solely on the franchisee. The franchisee manages hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling of employees without intervention from McDonald's USA.
