Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Ability to work on-site at one location
- Capability to manage time-sensitive tasks simultaneously
- Professionalism and reliability
- Good communication skills
- Physically able to stand and perform food service duties for extended periods

Job Duties
- Operate cash registers and handle customer transactions with accuracy and friendliness
- Prepare and cook menu items according to Bojangles' standards
- Manage the grill and ensure food quality and safety
- Attend to dining room cleanliness and assist customers to enhance their experience
- Make biscuits and other bakery items as required
- Handle drive-thru orders efficiently and courteously
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet and exceed service expectations
