  • must be physically and mentally capable of learning to operate restaurant equipment
  • must be able to lift 30 to 50 pounds
  • must be able to perform physical tasks involving pushing, pulling, stretching, and bilateral use of fingers and wrists
  • must comply with minimum age requirements
