Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Warmly greet and acknowledge guests within 30 seconds of entering the concept
- Take guests drink and food orders accurately and efficiently
- Total process and collect payments using point-of-sale systems
- Handle money, process credit and debit transactions, and make change in compliance with cash handling and loss prevention procedures
- Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the restaurant's menu and products
- Make recommendations to guests, especially regarding food allergens
- Deliver first-class experiences whether working for a national brand or local concept
