Job Requirements
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- must be at least 16 years old
- reliable and punctual
- ability to stand for long periods
- strong customer service orientation
- physical ability to perform tasks associated with food preparation and cleaning
- willingness to learn and adapt to different roles
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous food service or customer service experience is a plus
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Offers friendly service to all guests
- takes customer orders, maintains fast, accurate service, and positive guest relations
- operates grill and fryers in an efficient and safe manner
- ensures company standards on equipment, facility, and grounds are maintained
- ensures food quality and 100 percent customer satisfaction
- maintains the restaurant with regards to cleanliness, neatness and customer accessibility
- uses the company cash register accurately and maintains proper control of company assets
- works as a team member to support other restaurant employees in their duties
- other duties as assigned by General Manager or Shift Leader
