Job Duties
- performs janitorial work
- may be required to move, lift, carry, set up, take down and store furniture, supplies and materials
- may be required to make minor repairs and adjustments to furniture and fixtures
- may be required to operate floor buffer, vacuum cleaner and be required to operate rug shampoo machine
- replenishes restroom supplies
- cleans floors, baseboards, walls, ceilings, furniture, fixtures, lavatories, commodes, urinals, ash trays, stairs, wastebaskets, and empties refuse containers
- may mow, cut and prepare all fields
- performs other duties as assigned or required
