Job Requirements
- One year experience in related work
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability and willingness to follow instructions and perform assigned tasks
- Must be able to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods of time
- Must be able to lift, push and pull up to 100 pounds

Job Duties
- Performs janitorial work
- May be required to move, lift, carry, set up, take down and store furniture, supplies and materials
- May be required to make minor repairs and adjustments to furniture and fixtures
- May be required to operate floor buffer, vacuum cleaner and be required to operate rug shampoo machine
- Replenishes restroom supplies
- Cleans floors, baseboards, walls, ceilings, furniture, fixtures, lavatories, commodes, urinals, ash trays, stairs, wastebaskets, and empties refuse containers
- May mow, cut and prepare all fields, etc.
- Performs other duties as assigned or required
