Job Requirements
- Completion of Basic Food Handlers certificate prior to start date
- Must have smartphone or tablet and able to use required apps and weekly menu training
- No previous bakery experience necessary
- Availability until 10:45 pm on weeknights and 11:45 pm on weekends if scheduled for closing shifts
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and occasionally lift heavy items
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in recruitment or human resources preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to use smartphone or tablet applications
- Knowledge of food safety standards is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Customer service experience is beneficial
Job Duties
- Engage with potential job candidates and conduct initial screenings
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications
- Promote Crumbl's mission and brand values during recruitment
- Ensure compliance with hiring policies and procedures
- Assist with onboarding new employees and training coordination
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports
- Support staffing for opening and closing shifts as necessary
