Must have dependable transportation
Must comply with state and federal age regulations regarding operation of equipment
Ability to stand for long periods

Ability to lift up to 35 pounds occasionally

Job Duties

Prepare doughs and other products such as lemonade, butter, frozen beverages, specialized coffees
Roll and twist pretzels or Cinnabon products from scratch
Prepare product for baking
Insert, rotate and manage baking of trays and pans
Monitor ovens for correct baking time and product color
Add post-bake toppings as required to fill warmer or according to guests orders
Prepare drinks and bag orders
Exhibit a friendly, courteous attitude toward customers and co-workers
Greet customers using urgency, eye contact, suggestive selling, thank you, and smile/voice inflection
Accurately operate cash registers
Set up equipment, utensils, and supplies for opening
Break down, clean, and put away equipment, utensils, and supplies at closing
Perform cleaning and maintenance procedures as directed by person in charge of shift
Comply at all times with dress code and personal appearance standards
Comply with all franchisor policies and relevant federal and state regulations
Perform all essential duties safely and effectively according to established guidelines
Perform other duties as directed by management
