Job Duties
- Prepare doughs and other products such as lemonade, butter, frozen beverages, specialized coffees
- Roll and twist pretzels or Cinnabon products from scratch
- Prepare product for baking
- Insert, rotate and manage baking of trays and pans
- Monitor ovens for correct baking time and product color
- Add post-bake toppings as required to fill warmer or according to guests orders
- Prepare drinks and bag orders
- Exhibit a friendly, courteous attitude toward customers and co-workers
- Greet customers using urgency, eye contact, suggestive selling, thank you, and smile/voice inflection
- Accurately operate cash registers
- Set up equipment, utensils, and supplies for opening
- Break down, clean, and put away equipment, utensils, and supplies at closing
- Perform cleaning and maintenance procedures as directed by person in charge of shift
- Comply at all times with dress code and personal appearance standards
- Comply with all franchisor policies and relevant federal and state regulations
- Perform all essential duties safely and effectively according to established guidelines
- Perform other duties as directed by management
