Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of experience in food service preferred
- At least one year of customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including 10-40 hours per week
- Ability to start work at 9 AM and end at 8 PM
- Must be dependable and reliable
- Ability to handle high stress situations
- Must be able to maintain store cleanliness and food safety standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or customer service preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic cash handling experience is beneficial
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings and evenings
- Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with team members and customers
- Demonstrate a sense of urgency when assisting customers and completing daily tasks
- Assist customers in choosing the perfect combination for their salads
- Build custom salads and prepare delicious sandwiches according to customer preferences
- Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately
- Perform daily food preparation duties to ensure freshness and quality
- Set up and tear down the store daily, maintaining cleanliness and organization
- Uphold store cleanliness standards to create a welcoming environment
