Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks related to food service

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or customer service is an asset but not required
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills

- Positive attitude and enthusiasm for serving others
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Prepare food by hand at various stations such as grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service creating a friendly atmosphere
- Follow company policies and safety procedures to maintain cleanliness and food safety
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Participate in training programs to develop cooking and service skills
- Support efforts to promote sustainability and responsible sourcing
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required
