Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work flexible hours including shifts on weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks associated with food preparation

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand every day without the use of freezers, microwaves, or can openers
- Work confidently at any station including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for customers
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive dining experience
- Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient restaurant operations
- Follow safety and sanitation standards to uphold food quality
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance job skills
