Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years old
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods
  • Capacity to lift up to 25 pounds
  • Available to work in designated Flynn Wendy's restaurant locations
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
  • Strong commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Basic English proficiency

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in food service or customer service is advantageous but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
