Job Requirements
- be at least 16 years old
- ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- friendly and enthusiastic attitude
- passion for helping and serving others
- willingness to learn to cook
- legal authorization to work in the country
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- strong communication skills
- enthusiasm for learning food preparation and cooking
- ability to work effectively in a team environment
- previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus but not required
- ability to follow safety and cleanliness protocols
- basic math skills for handling transactions
Job Duties
- prepare real food by hand daily
- provide exceptional customer service
- create a friendly and supportive atmosphere for customers and team members
- operate various restaurant stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- participate in comprehensive training and development programs
- maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the work environment
- support team efforts to meet service and quality goals
