Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Willingness to learn new skills including food preparation and customer service
- Friendly and enthusiastic attitude
- Passion for helping and serving others
- No prior experience required but a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment
- Enthusiasm for teamwork and providing excellent customer service
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
- Prepare real food daily at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Operate restaurant equipment and maintain cleanliness and safety standards
- Participate in training to learn all job stations and contribute to team performance
- Handle cash transactions and digital tips accurately
- Support team members and assist in daily restaurant operations
- Follow company policies and health regulations ensuring food quality and safety
