Located at 10020 S Eastern, Henderson, NV, this McDonald’s restaurant is owned and operated by an independent franchisee rather than McDonald’s USA. While the franchisee utilizes McDonald’s logos and food products under a licensing agreement, the business operates entirely independently in terms of employment and management. This means that the franchisee is the sole employer responsible for all employment-related matters such as hiring, firing, supervision, scheduling, and other staffing decisions.
