Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Prepare food by hand daily without using freezers or microwaves
  • Provide exceptional customer service by creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
  • Operate various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
  • Follow safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean work environment
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient restaurant operations
  • Learn and adhere to Chipotle’s standards and procedures
  • Support and contribute to a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion
