Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in food service or customer service is an asset but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Friendly and enthusiastic demeanor
- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a friendly atmosphere
- Prepare real food by hand at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant and workspace
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and quality standards
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
- Assist in training new team members as needed
- Support the company’s mission and values through daily work and interactions
