Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Previous experience in customer service or food service is a plus but not mandatory

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Basic math skills for handling transactions

Job Duties
- Greet customers with a smile and provide friendly service
- Take and process customer orders accurately using the register
- Prepare food items according to Wendy's quality and cleanliness standards
- Operate restaurant equipment such as grills and headsets safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Assist in training new crew members as needed
- Follow brand standards and guidelines strictly to ensure customer satisfaction
