Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Comfortable engaging with large groups of people
- Able to work a flexible schedule during park operational hours including evenings, weekends, and some holidays
- Previous experience in high volume, customer facing roles preferred
- Customer service or sales experience considered a bonus
- Able to sit, stand, and move around for extended periods
- Able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds

Job Duties
- Monitor guests on the trampoline courts to ensure safety and compliance with park rules
- Assist customers at the café by preparing and serving food and beverages
- Host parties by coordinating activities and ensuring guests have a positive experience
- Manage front desk operations including membership sales and guest check-ins
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the park and equipment
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members to provide excellent customer service
- Adhere to all safety protocols and emergency procedures to maintain a safe environment
