Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous food service or customer service experience is a plus but not required

Job Duties
- Prepare food by hand at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace
- Support team members in daily operations
- Handle digital tips and transactions accurately
- Assist in training and development of new crew members
- Uphold Chipotle's standards for food safety and quality
