Job Requirements

- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or customer service roles beneficial but not required
- Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the workplace
- Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, enthusiastic attitude
- Willingness to learn new skills including food preparation
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service by creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
- Follow food safety and cleanliness standards at all times
- Collaborate effectively with team members and managers to ensure smooth operations
- Support efforts to maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
- Assist in training new crew members as needed
- Demonstrate enthusiasm and a positive attitude while serving both customers and team members
