Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks involving lifting and manual dexterity

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus but not required
- Ability to learn cooking techniques and restaurant operations

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand every day without use of freezers, microwaves or can openers
- Work confidently across multiple stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Deliver exceptional customer service fostering a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
- Participate actively in training programs to develop culinary and service skills
- Uphold Chipotle's standards for food quality, safety, and cleanliness
- Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient restaurant operations
- Support sustainable practices in daily work routines
