Job Requirements
- Must be a minimum of 16 years of age
- enrollment in high school
- high school diploma or equivalent is preferable
- good verbal and written communication skills
- must have reliable transportation to work
- must have telephone or other reliable method of communicating with the restaurant
- must be able and willing to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and opening and closing shifts
- must be able to stand for long periods
- must be able to bend and stoop
- must be able to work around heat and others in close quarters
- must be able to move throughout the restaurant to work specific stations or perform assigned tasks
- must be able to lift up to 50 lbs comfortably
- must be able to work with various cleaning products
Job Qualifications
- Enrollment in high school or high school diploma or equivalent is preferable
- good verbal and written communication skills

Job Duties
- Consistently provides a quality product and guest service experience that delivers total guest satisfaction
- follows all Carl's Jr. guest service guidelines and procedures
- works assigned position(s) accurately and productively
- cleans and stocks the assigned area(s)
- performs other cleaning duties as assigned
- ensures that all guests receive hot, quality food prepared, packaged, and delivered according to Menu Standards
- handles all food products according to company procedures including food preparation, food safety, and sanitation requirements
