Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Pass background check as required
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Willingness to follow all company policies and procedures

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus but not required
- Friendly and enthusiastic attitude
- Passion for helping and serving others
- Strong desire to learn cooking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication skills in the primary language(s) of the work location
Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand every day without the use of freezers, microwaves, or can openers
- Work confidently across multiple stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service by creating a friendly atmosphere
- Adhere to food safety and quality standards
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and safe restaurant environment
- Learn and follow proper cooking and preparation techniques
- Support efforts to promote the company’s mission and values
